"Hip Hop For A Cause" is an Organization founded by Young Dibiase to help educate those who may know little about Sickle Cell Disease. Our mission is to 1.) Bring awareness to the disease so people know that anyone can be affected by it. 2.) To take corrective action, by partnering with other local organizations and providing resources to those in need (via Blood drives, Donations, and Informative pamphlets etc..) 3) To get the general public involved in the fight for better treatment and a possible cure for Sickle Cell Disease.
Due to the fact that we are in the Music/ Entertainment industry we have decided to put together a series of benefit concerts and other informational/outreach programs throughout the state of Kentucky. Our series of concerts will mainly feature artists from Hooligan Music Group, Bread Boy Entertainment, and Faded Greatness, as well as other health organizations that will come out and provide booklets, pamphlets, and perform blood drives such as the "American Red Cross" and the "Sickle Cell Disease Association of America". Our benefit events will have a low cost entry fee to keep our Organization running effectively, but we will also ask for donations that will go to the previously mentioned organizations.
